Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 2026
Applivoo (tupevo S.àr.l.-S) is committed to making its service accessible. This statement is made under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and its transposition into Luxembourg law. We recommend that this document be reviewed by a qualified legal or accessibility professional before relying on it in production.
1. Compliance Status
We aim for Applivoo to conform with the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), measured against the harmonised standard EN 301 549 and, where applicable, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA. Applivoo is currently partially conformant: most of the service meets these requirements, while the exceptions listed below are being addressed.
2. Non-accessible Content
The following content may not yet be fully accessible, and we are working to remediate it:
- Generated PDF and Word exports of CVs may not fully expose document structure to assistive technologies.
- Some interactive editor surfaces (drag-and-drop reordering, the AI rewrite diff view) may have limited keyboard or screen-reader support.
Where content is not yet accessible, an equivalent alternative or assistance is available on request via the feedback channel below.
3. Feedback and Contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Applivoo, or need information presented in an accessible format, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge feedback within a reasonable period and to provide an accessible alternative where possible.
4. Enforcement and Conciliation
If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you may contact the competent market-surveillance authority for the European Accessibility Act in Luxembourg. The applicable authority and conciliation procedure are designated under the Luxembourg transposition of Directive (EU) 2019/882. Contact details for the responsible authority will be confirmed and listed here following legal review.
5. Preparation of this Statement
This accessibility statement was prepared in June 2026. It is reviewed when the service changes significantly and at least once a year. The assessment is based on a self-evaluation of the service against EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.2 AA.
